Return policy

Return policy (excludes internet resellers)

Except for heat-sensitive and perishable items, products are eligible for return credit if requested within 30 days of the order date. Returned products must be unopened and unmarked. There is a maximum return limit of $1,000 per order.

Products within 90 days of their expiration date are proactively removed from our inventory and won’t be distributed.

To initiate a return, you can submit a request here, or call us at 800.654.4432 to receive a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Internet reseller return policy

Purchases made by internet resellers aren’t eligible for return.
