Packing slips & invoices

Overview

Invoices can be downloaded to your device or printed as a hard copy. In an effort to reduce waste, invoices aren’t included in shipments. You can find all of your invoices in your Emerson account.

Packing slips are included to assist with receiving and inventory.

Packing slips

Shipments include a packing slip with key order details. This slip lists the products, quantities, and the order number. Packing slips don’t include pricing or patient information. These slips are intended for reference only and don’t serve as an invoice.

What’s included in an invoice

You’ll find a number of different types of information in your invoice:

• Invoice to: The person being invoiced, their address and contact information
• Invoice from: Emerson Ecologics, LLC., and its address and contact information
• The invoice number
• The date of the invoice

• The SKU (or product code) of every product in the order
• The item name for every product in the order
• The quantity ordered of every product in the order
• The quantity of each item that has shipped
• The MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) of each item
• The Unit price for each product (The cost per unit of each item)
• The Total cost for each product (The unit price multiplied by the number of units)

• The Subtotal for the order (the cost before shipping and taxes)
• The Shipping cost for the order

• The Taxes applied to the order
• The Total cost of the order

Downloading an invoice

Invoices are available in your account shortly after ordering. If your order contains a backordered item, your invoice may take up to 72 hours to generate.

To download an invoice in your account:

1. In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click Recent orders.
2. Find the order you’re looking to get the invoice for, and select View Details.
3. Click Download PDF.
