Eligible shipping addresses
Where we can ship to
Orders can be shipped to addresses in the lower 48 states, as well as:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
We can also ship to military and diplomatic addresses abroad through USPS. Shipping isn’t available to the US Virgin Islands, Guam, or international destinations at this time.
Note:
Delivery to locations outside the lower 48 states may take 10–13 business days.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes in the United States, but a physical address is preferred. We can’t guarantee delivery times for shipments sent to P.O. boxes.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Only standard shipping is available (10–13 business days via USPS) to P.O. boxes in these jurisdictions.
All other states: Standard, priority, and next business day shipping options are available.
International shipping
As of February 1st, 2024, we no longer support international shipping and can only ship to addresses in the Continental US and Puerto Rico.
Shipping to the US Virgin Islands and Guam was discontinued on February 25th, 2025.
Tip!
While Emerson Ecologics will solely support shipping within the US, practitioners in Canada can use Fullscript to ship orders within Canada.
Military addresses
We can ship to Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and other military addresses.
Orders are shipped via USPS, so standard shipping must be selected. Delivery may take longer than the usual 5–7 business days.
